Tidy European HB For Sale
I found Witte Walvis whilst looking for something else on the internet. Previously not known to the Association, Witte Walvis may turn out to be a renamed known boat. Any information in this regard would be most welcome. She certainly looks in good condition and well looked after in the photograph. The price seems most reasonable, with the trailer offered as an optional extra.
Caution
Paul Leinthall-Cowman advises that potential buyers excersise caution if it's important that the boat they buy be a Harrison Butler. Is evidence provided that Witte Walvis is indeed an HB design ? Compared with Mary Grey, for example, the bow profile, sheer, transom and depth of hull are different. She may be a modified THB design or a boat builder's interpretation.
If anyone resolves the issue, one-way or the other, let us know !
