Tuppitoo : Speedy Cruiser of Enduring Design
Tuppitoo ozzes classic 1960s Buchanan racing design with a robustness and fullness that combines speed with a boat also suitable for cruising. Built to the top Lloyds 100A1 standard, she can reasonably be expected to be long lived, assuming she avoids a neglectful owner. During his time with Tuppitoo, Leslie Burgess was a key figure in London's Little Ship Club (of which Harrison Butler was once President). More recently she's been extensively cruised about the West Country and the Western Approaches. She was up for sale around 2015 but it's not clear if she was then sold or not before coming off the market.
