Shimmer : Active Boat
In 2016, Shimmer was cruising England's South Coast, East to West, and headed up the Bristol Channel to Penarth; 371 miles in one week in iffy weather.
A little is known of her history for she undertook a major voyage in 1980/1981, that took in Calais, Cherbourg, Sark, Belle Isle, Palma de Mallorca, Gibraltar, the Azores on the way back to Littlehampton.
It's also recorded that Shimmer was at Douarnenez Festval in 1988.
