Sequana : Brisbane-Gladstone Race Winner 1968
Sequana is an Australian steel built boat to an Alan Buchanan design. In sixty years she's had only two owners, although she's now up for sale and so a third is on the horizon. Her first owner, Maurie Tilley, was an enthusiastic and competitive racer, entering her five times for the Sydney-Hobart race and an astonishing twenty-six times for the Brisbane to Gladstone race. Sequana is a similar ship to Rival which won the Sydney-Hobart race in 1961.
