Red Hackle : Old Photograph And Ship's Log Found
A few years ago David Cook aquired the Ship's Log of a Clyde yacht called Magic along with the above photograph taken around 1900. Following a request for further information I found the names of two previous owners and the fact that she was renamed Red Hackle, from my collection of Lloyd's Registers. David, of course, would love to know more. If any reader has further detail, please get in touch.
