Lindy II is frequently to be seen in the Solent. Her enthusiastic owners Robert and Amanda Griffiths were the Association's South Coast Social Secretaries when I bought Tramontana. They organised a terrific Meet on the Newtown River, July 2014, which nine Harrison Butler boats attended; Askadil, Caracole, Sabrina, Little Kingfisher, Tramontana, Mary Gray, Lindy II, Cobber & Vindilis. There stint concluded with a most successful Laying Up Supper, October 2015, the subject of a photo gallery. In February 2016 Robert become the Association's Membership Secretary.
Lindy II had major restoration work done that began in 2011 and was completed in 2014. Lindy II definitely has the WOW FACTOR as is apparent from the above photograph taken when she raced at the Falmouth Classics in 2014. Another photograph of her in full sail, rounding Portland Bill, appeared on the cover of the HBA Journal, Issue 71, Summer 2014 .
Moody's built four Harrison Butler boats in total, Vindilis , Zingara , Lindy II and Edith-Rose .
