Iere : Stalled Restoration, December 2019
Many of the wooden boats featured on the HBA website have been built by RJ Prior & Son of Burnham-on-Crouch. This charming Hillyard, a Gentleman's Motor Yacht, has been rescued and rebuilt by them over the last fifteen years as a project intended to be completed for use in retirement. Alas, plans change and in this case before the project has been finished. However, the hard work has been done and it's fairly routine jobs that remain. The asking price is around £60,000. A PDF of the particulars is provided here .
