Corsaro : A Restoration Project
Corsaro has been stationed on the River Tamar for many years, being used as a live-aboard. She's just been bought by Chris Marshall and his partner Julia Ann who've kindly sent in a few photographs. She does look in “a sorry state”. The hull is reported to be in good condition but the deck and interior need urgent attention. Her history includes golden times, voyaging around the Mediterranean but also an eight year stint laid-up ashore at Queen Anne's Battery in Plymouth. It'll be interesting to see if Chris and Julia Ann can rescue her.
