Autumn of Arun

Autumn of Arun : Good Sized Hillyard, Much Travelled
Autumn of Arun was much travelled under Jim Brown, Harbourmaster at Stonehaven. She cruised from Denmark to Vigo and Bayona in Spain along with a circumnavigation of the British Isles. I believe she changed hands in 2014, last spotted in the Crinan Canal Boatyard in June 2016.

Name Plate

Her First Owner
Mark Kelly has been in touch (May 2018) to say that Autumn of Arun was the first yacht owned by his late father-in-law, Peter Holder, who had her built by Hillyards in 1971. She was intended to be ready to launch, summer 1971, and was to be called August of Arun, but a delay in completion resulted in the adjusted name.
